Ruben Cesana 

Ruben Cesana is the Director of Sales at Civan Lasers, bringing over eight years of experience in the Laser Market to the role.  Prior to joining Civan, Ruben held Marketing and Sales positions at Elbit Systems, where he contributed to key multidisciplinary projects. Ruben holds a BA in Economics and Statistics and an MA in Business Administration, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Aleksey Kovalevsky 

Dr. Aleksey Kovalevsky, IWE obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees at Priazovsky State Technical University (Ukraine). Arrived in Israel in 2015 and has worked in the foundry laboratory at the IIMMT (Israel) since 2016. In 2022 he started as the head of the welding and laser technologies group.

Volkher Onuseit 

Volkher Onuseit, Dipl.-Ing., earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Stuttgart. After a brief period in industry, he joined the IFSW in 2009. He led the Precision Manufacturing Group and later the System Engineering Department. Since 2023, he served as a senior scientist, advancing research in laser applications.

Simon Webb

Simon Webb is the Chief Technology Officer at WMG HVM Catapult. He has over 20 years of experience in aerospace engineering, including senior roles at Rolls-Royce and the Aerospace Technology Institute. Simon was pivotal in the FlyZero programme, focused on zero carbon emission technologies, and led the fan system engineering on the Trent XWB engine and the Titanium-Composite Fan System. He also serves on the boards of the JetPerfect foundation and the Aerospace Technology Institute's Technical Advisory Group.
